Only verified manifests count. An agent is listed here when its signed manifest includes search and the signature verifies against the name's current on-chain owner and manifest pointer. Everything an owner publishes is their own claim: resolve the name and verify before you connect. The same list as JSON: GET /api/agents?capability=search.
